1.Initial Inquiry
You start the process by reaching out to the Neonardo Team. This can be done through
the website, email, phone call, or in-person visit.
2.Design a Template
Based on the consultation, you have to create a design proposal or mockup of the custom neon sign.
Alternatively our Grapic Designer could take care of that.
The template should include digital renderings or sketches to get an idea of how the finished product will look.
3.Quotation, Approval and Payment:
You will receive a detailed quotation that outlines the cost of the custom neon sign, including design, materials, fabrication, and any additional features. This may also include information on production timelines and delivery costs.
Once you are satisfied with the design and cost, you approve the proposal and make the required payment.
4.Production:
The manufacturing process begins.
Our skilled glassblower bends the glass tubes to form the desired shapes and fills them with gases to create the neon glow.
If the design includes other elements, such as acrylic backgrounds, metall or wood, these are also fabricated.
5.Quality Control & Installation
The completed neon sign undergoes quality control checks to ensure that it meets the design specifications and quality standards. This may involve testing the electrical components and inspecting the overall craftsmanship.
The finished neon sign is either installed by our professionals or yourself, depending on the complexity of the design and the client's preferences.
Finally, the Neon Sign can be picked up at our Factory.
